DevJam coaching is pragmatic and contextual. We start each gig by learning how you work, what you do well and what challenges you. Our coaches have coached individual teams, multi-team programs and entire organizations for over 10 years. To improve our ability to add real and lasting value, we interview leadership and teams to learn about you contextually so we can produce a coaching plan which guides our work and allows us to iteratively measure our success.
