• To ensure we work from an informed position, we use tools like contextual interviewing, personas and more to build our understanding of the customers and their users needs
• We also work with existing staff to gather information and review associated discovery and planning tools like product backlogs, automated functional tests, user manuals and more
• For the area(s) in focus, we will create story maps and some form of simple prototype tools like paper prototyping to better understand user, use and context.
• The outcome of this work is twofold: grow out knowledge of your product and produce a working product roadmap

• You can think of integrated product development as design a bit, build a bit and test a bit (automated testing and user testing)
• Working off the product roadmap, we will work with the delivery team (or act as your delivery team) to iteratively validate the product is meeting the user needs
• We will compare context and usage with existing code based environments to build a plan that helps us validate product needs and structural integrity.
